Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return or refund. To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a return.
Replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 6-7 days
How to Process a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the product securely with the RA number labeled on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will will credit refund which will take upto 7-10 days to reflect in your original payment method
